Insurance Information

Mr. Falworth is registered with all the leading insurance companies including; BUPA, AXA PPP, Vitality Health, WPA, CS Healthcare, Simply Health, Healix Health and April. Self-funding

If you are self funding your treatment you will be responsible for any consultation, fees, investigations or treatment costs. Mr. Falworth’s fee for an initial consultation will not exceed £225.00 and his fee for any follow-up consultation will not exceed £150.00. Treatment quotations can be supplied on request and most private hospitals will offer a ‘package price’ for most common procedures undertaken by Mr. Falworth.

Any quote for treatment will have three components to it;

  • The surgeons fee; This fee covers the surgical procedure.
  • The anaesthetists fee; This covers the anaesthetic and the use of any specialist regional nerve blocks that might be used at the time of the anaesthetic
  • The hospital fee; This includes the cost of using the hospital facilities, including the room, and any implant costs incurred by the hospital in providing the operation.

Additional information

As understanding the costs of private healthcare can be complicated the Federation for Independent Practitioner Organisations (FIPO) have written a number of documents to help explain the costs and processes involved in accessing private healthcare.

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) have also recently stipulated that costs related to attending Mr. Falworth’s clinic should be supplied to you and as such a separate letter will be forwarded to you once your initial appointment is arranged.
